DEEP DISH TUNA PIE | |
Instant mashed potatoes for 4 2 cans cream of celery soup 2 (8 oz.) cans peas 2 cans tuna in vegetable oil 1 (8 oz.) can onions, drained or fresh (use less) 2 tbsp. melted butter Prepare potatoes according to package directions. Turn soup into a saucepan. Drain liquid from peas and add to soup; blend well. Stir in peas, tuna and onions. Heat to serving temperature, stirring occasionally. Turn into a 2 quart casserole. Spoon mashed potatoes around edge and brush with melted butter. Bake in 450 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned. Yield: 4 servings. |
