TUNA FISH PIE | |
1 can (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained 1 c. shredded processed sharp cheese (American) 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese 1/2 c. sliced green onions Dash of nutmeg 1 jar (2 oz.) chopped pimento 2 c. milk 1 c. Bisquick baking mix 4 eggs 3/4 tsp. salt Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10 inches. Mix tuna, cheeses, onions, pimento in plate. Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high for a few seconds. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. |
