TUNA FISH PIE | |
4 tbsp. butter 1 slice onion, chopped 4 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 3/4 c. boiling water 1 crushed bouillon cube 1/2 c. milk 1 can tuna fish, cut up 1/2 to 1 c. corn or peas 1 c. celery 1 c. cooked, diced potato 3 hard boiled eggs, cut up Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water in saucepan. Cook onion in butter for 2 minutes. Add flour, salt, and pepper until smooth. Add water and cube mixture and milk. Stir until boils. Add tuna, celery, potatoes, and eggs. Season as desired. Serve over biscuits. |
