SWISS APPLE PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 heaping c. chopped or grated apple
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix eggs and sugar. Combine dry ingredients and add to egg and sugar mixture. Add vanilla. Add apple and nuts. Pour into greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
