APPLE DANISH CHEESECAKE 
Crust:

2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter

In small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and sugar. Stir in butter. Press into bottom and up sides of a greased spring form pan. Set aside.

Filling:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 egg

In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and cream of tartar, until smooth. Add egg, beat on low speed until blended. Pour over crust.

Topping:

1/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. thinly sliced apples
1/3 c. slivered almonds

In small bowl combine brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Add apples and stir until well blended and apples are completely coated. Spoon over cream cheese filling. Sprinkle with almonds.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen. Cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
