CROWN JEWEL DESSERT 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) each orange, cherry & lime Jello
4 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 1/2 c. graham crackers
1/3 c. melted butter
1 (16 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Prepare 3 flavors of Jello separately using 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water for each. Pour each flavor into an 8 inch square pan. Chill overnight.

Combine lemon Jello, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 cup boiling water. Stir in pineapple juice. Chill until slightly thick. Mix crumbs and butter, press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Cut the 3 Jellos into cubes. Mix Cool Whip with lemon Jello. Fold in the cubes. Pour into the 9 x 13 inch pan and chill overnight. Note: Other Jello flavors can be used to create different colors.
