ONION-CHEESE PUFFS
1 c. water
1/3 c. butter
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 eggs at room temperature
3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped onion

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 2 baking sheets. In 2-quart saucepan bring water and butter to a boil over medium heat. Add flour, salt and garlic powder to saucepan all at once. Stir mixture vigorously over low heat 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat.

Beat in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until smooth and shiny. Stir in cheese and onion. Drop dough by teaspoon. Place 1 inch apart onto baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes until puffs are golden brown. Makes about 60 puffs, about 25 calories each.
