CHEESE ONION CORN BREAD 
1 tsp. dried minced onion
1 (15 oz.) pkg. corn bread mix
1 1/4 c. water
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can cream style corn
Few drops bottled hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. (4 oz.) cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. dried dill

Place onion in 1 tsp. water; let stand 5 minutes. Combine corn bread mix, water, creamed corn, hot pepper sauce, spread into greased baking dish 9 x 13 x 2 inches. Stir sour cream and flour. Stir in onion, 1/2 cup cheese and dill weed. Carefully spoon over batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
