What is a half and half, do we have to add it?

Hi Sasha,

Half and half is half milk and half cream. You could use light cream instead.

I make this recipe exactly as it's written and it's delicious! I also like to vary the recipe by adding about 2 handfuls of fresh spinach and blend it in with the eggs and half&half in the food processor.
