CRESCENT CHEESE AND ONION QUICHE 
1 egg, beaten
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions
9 slices (1/2 lb.) bacon, fried crisp, drained and crumbled

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place rolls in ungreased 8 or 9 inch pie plate. Press over bottom and up sides to form crust. (May use own pie crust recipe) Sprinkle half of the onions over dough. Pour egg, cheese and milk mixture over onions. Sprinkle with bacon and remaining onions. Bake 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
