OREO COOKIE DESSERT 
1 lb. Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. instant pudding
Milk
1/2 c. butter, melted

Crush Oreo cookies in food processor into crumbs. Reserve 1/2 cup. Mix remaining crumbs with 1/2 cup melted butter and press into 9x13 inch pan.

Blend softened cream cheese with 1 container of Cool Whip, spread onto crumb mixture. Place in refrigerator.

Mix pudding with milk as directed on package. Layer on top of cream cheese, top with remaining Cool Whip, sprinkle with reserved crumbs and refrigerate several hours before serving.
