CHINESE VEGETABLES 
1 pkg. (6 oz.) frozen pea pods
1 can (3 oz.) sliced mushrooms, sliced & drained
1 tbsp. chopped pimentos
1/4 c. sliced water chestnuts
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. soy sauce

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place regular size (10 x 16 inch). Brown in bag in 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Place frozen pea pods in bag. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over pea pods. Close bag with nylon tie; make 6 half inch slits in top. Bake 15-20 minutes, breaking pea pods apart, or until heated through. Makes 4 servings.
