1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 1/2 c. hot water
4 oz. sm. marshmallows
6 oz. cottage cheese
5/8 c. salad dressing
1 c. crushed pineapple (not drained)

Dissolve gelatin dessert powder in hot water. Stir in marshmallows. Chill until it begins to thicken. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into oiled pan and chill until firm. Remove, cut and serve on crisp lettuce.
