BLACK CHERRY GELATIN SALAD 
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans dark sweet cherries (in heavy syrup)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup water
2 (3 oz. ea.) boxes black cherry jello
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Drain cherries and pineapple into saucepan. Add water and bring to boil. Add gelatin and dissolve. Let cool. Fold in cherries, pineapple and nuts. Can be put in a gelatin mold or a pretty serving bowl.

Chill in refrigerator.

Note: If the ingredients are floating, stir the mixture when the gelatin thickens but is not set.
