GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. grated onion
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. drained green beans
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
1 c. cracker crumbs

Melt 1 tablespoon butter. Stir in flour, salt, sugar, onion. Simmer. Add sour cream, stirring constantly. Stir in green beans. Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix cracker crumbs with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
