GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
4-5 cans green beans, cooked and cooled
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a casserole dish mix all ingredients (except cheese) until well blended, then add cheese.

TOPPING:

1 tbsp. butter
Corn flakes

Mix together and spread on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
