KIDNEY BEAN AND CORN CASSEROLE 
2 c. whole kernal corn
1 can kidney beans
1/2 tsp. salt
Buttered crumbs
1 green pepper, minced
1 egg, well beaten
3 tbsp. grated cheese

Mix all together. Pour into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and a layer of crumbs. Bake in moderate oven 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
