KIDNEY BEAN AND GROUND BEEF
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, minced
1 (14 1/2 to 15 oz.) can tomatoes
2 (14 1/2 to 15 oz.) cans kidney beans
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 dried red peppers, mashed

Brown ground beef and onion well. Stir together tomatoes, kidney beans, salt, pepper, and dried red peppers. Add ground beef mixture. Pour into casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in 350 degree oven.

Serving suggestions: Salad, biscuits, and dessert.
