RED KIDNEY BEAN CASSEROLE 
4 cans red kidney beans
1 onion, minced
2 c. apples, chopped
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Mix all together. Pour into a large casserole. Chop bacon and spread over the top (optional). Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees or until done. Serves 12. So nice on outdoor picnics.
