MOTHER'S GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 can French green beans
1 can shoe peg corn
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sharp grated cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 box cheese Ritz crackers

Melt butter in a saucepan. Crumble crackers. Mix crackers and butter together. Put mixture in bottom of casserole dish. Save some to sprinkle over top of casserole. Mix all other ingredients together. Pour over crackers in dish. Sprinkle remaining crackers over top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
