GREEN BEAN VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans French green beans
2 cans shoe peg corn (short cans)
2 cans celery soup
1 container sour cream
1/2 c. very sharp cheese, grated
1 can water chestnuts
3 1/2 oz. almonds, diced
30 cheese Ritz crackers
Butter
Sm. amount of grated onion
Sm. amount of green pepper
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix ingredients and place in casserole dish. Cover with almonds. Crumble Ritz crackers in a blender. Add butter to these crumbs and sprinkle over casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven 35 to 40 minutes.
