LEMON - BROILED SHRIMP 
1 lb. med. shrimp, shelled & deveined
2 tbsp. oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt
Paprika
1 tbsp. butter

Preheat broiler and a heavy pan or griddle. Place shrimp on a foil boat which has been brushed with oil. Pour lemon juice over shrimp. Sprinkle with salt and paprika. Dot with butter; add remaining oil. Place foil boat on hot pan or griddle in broiler. Broil 8-10 minutes, depending on size of shrimp. Do not overcook.
