QUICK CHOCOLATE NUT FUDGE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lg. eggs

Sift flour and sugar; set aside in large bowl. Bring butter, water and cocoa to a boil. Pour over sugar and flour. Then add buttermilk, cinnamon, soda, vanilla and eggs. Mix well. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. While cake is baking make icing.

QUICK CHOCOLATE NUT FUDGE CAKE ICING:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

Put all ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and pour on the cake.
