QUICK AND EASY FUDGE | |
2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. canned cream 1/2 c. mini marshmallows 3 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 2/3 c. chopped pecans 1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips In 2 or 3 quart saucepan, combine sugar, butter, salt and cream. Stirring constantly, bring mixture to a full rolling boil, one you cannot stir down, over medium heat. Continue boiling and stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla and pecans. Beat with spoon until marshmallows and chocolate chips are melted and smooth. Turn into buttered pan. Yields 2 pounds. |
