QUICK AND EASY FUDGE | |
2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. butter 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. evaporated milk 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips 1 tsp. vanilla 2/3 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows In a 2-3 quart pan. Combine sugar, butter, salt, and milk. Stirring constantly bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat. Continue boiling and stirring for a full 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla, and nuts. Stir vigorously until smooth. Pour into buttered pan and cool. Cut into square when cold. |
