QUICK FUDGE 
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Blend powdered sugar and cocoa in an 8x8 inch dish. Pour in milk and place butter on top. Cook in oven for 2 minutes. Remove from microwave oven and stir just to mix ingredients.

Add vanilla and nuts - stir until blended. Place in freezer for 20 minutes or refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
