RHUBARB BREAD 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. oil
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. rhubarb

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
Cream and put on top of loaf.

Stir in order. Pour in well greased and floured loaf pan 2/3 full. Add topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
