QUICK ROCKY ROAD FUDGE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts

Grease 7 x 11 inch baking pan; line with waxed paper; grease again. Microwave chips in 6 quart bowl 2 to 3 minutes; stir once until melted. Stir in milk and butter. Microwave 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until butter is melted. Stir in marshmallows and nuts. Pour in prepared pan. Chill 4 hours. Cut into 1 inch squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
