MICROWAVE FUDGE ROCKY ROAD
1 1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (8 oz.)
2/3 c. sweetened condensed (not evaporated) milk (1/2 of a 14 oz. can)
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Lightly grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Line with waxed paper, then lightly grease paper. Put chips into a 4 cup microwave safe measure and microwave on high 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, stirring once, until melted. Stir in milk and butter.

Microwave on high 45-60 seconds, stirring once, until butter is melted. Stir in vanilla, marshmallows and nuts. Spread evenly in prepared pan and chill about 4 hours or until firm enough to cut. Lift waxed paper by ends onto cutting board. Cut fudge into 1 inch squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

This in my opinion is the easiest, fastest, and best tasting fudge I have ever prepared. Warning!....IT IS VERY ADDICTIVE!!!

The only thing I did differently was to use a non-stick saucepan on the stove top instead of using a microwave. I absolutely love this fudge recipe, thank you for sharing it.

THIS FUDGE IS SO GOOD, I MELTED THE CHOCOLATE IN A SAUCE PAN, then melted the marshmallows with the butter 1st then condensed milk then stirred in the marshmallows and then the chopped nut. IT IS EXCELLENT FUDGE.. I HAD BAD LUCK WITH THE MICROWAVE, THE CHOCOLATE BURNED A HOLE IN MY DISH.
