1 package Brownie mix (19.8 oz.)
1 cup pecans
3 cups miniature marshmallows
2 1 oz. squares unsweetened baking chocolate
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 cup butter
1 16 oz. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Prepare Brownie mix according to package directions. Stir in pecans, spoon batter into a greased 13 X 9 X 2 pan.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle marshmallows over hot brownies.

Combine milk, butter, sugar and chocolate in a saucepan. Heat in hot oven; stir until all is melted. Add vanilla to chocolate mixture.

Beat at low speed until batter thickens. Spread over brownies. Cool before cutting into squares.
