TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks of butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream

Combine first three ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook until thick. Set aside. In large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and soda. Beat together eggs and sour cream and add to cocoa mixture. Mix dry and wet ingredients together. Grease and flour cookie sheet.

Bake at 325°F for 20 - 22 minutes. Frost.

Frosting:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 pkg. confectioners sugar (2 1/2 c. or more)
1 tsp. vanilla

In sauce pan, combine butter, cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Add confectioners sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Pour on hot cake.
