CAROB TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. carob
1/2 c. sour milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Bring butter and water to boil. Add carob just before removing from burner. Combine sour milk, eggs, vinegar, vanilla and soda together in blender. Put all ingredients together in pan with carob mixture. Add 1 cup sugar, 1 cup dry milk, 2 cups flour, and 1/2 teaspoon salt; mix well. Pour into large pan (17x11). Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. carob
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Boil butter, carob and milk; add remaining ingredients. Pour hot frosting over hot cake.
