TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 pint sour cream

Heat butter, cocoa and water to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in salt, sugar, flour, eggs and sour cream. Put on large greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes. Cool. Frost with icing.

Icing:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts or pecans

Boil and stir butter, cocoa and milk. Put in bowl. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Frost cake and sprinkle with walnuts or pecans.
