CORN-OYSTER SCALLOP | |
2 (10 oz.) cans frozen condensed oyster stew or cooked fresh oysters 1 lb. can cream style corn 1 lb. can whole kernel corn 1 1/4 c. cracker crumbs 1 egg 2 tbsp. pimiento 2 tbsp. butter Salt Mix all ingredients. Use greased casserole. Top with 1/2 cup cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10. |
