OYSTERS BAKED IN CREAM-STYLE CORN | |
1 pt. fresh oysters, well drained 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. cracker crumbs 1/2 c. milk 1/3 c. melted butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn Parsley sprigs Combine all ingredients; pour into a greased 1-quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes or until mixture sets. Oysters will be tough if they are cooked too long. Garnish with parsley sprigs. Yield: 6 servings. |
