CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 can cream corn 1 can whole kernel corn 1/2 c. water 2 eggs, well beaten 1-2 tbsp. Jalapeno peppers, minced 1 med. onion, chopped fine 1 stick butter 1 pkg. (1 c.) Jiffy cornbread mix Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix all other ingredients, adding cornbread mix last. Add melted butter, mix and pour into baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees about 1 hour, until set in center and lightly brown. |
