CORN CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. water
1 med. onion, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. sugar
2 cans creamed corn
2 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
Salt and pepper

Melt butter in casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Spread butter over top as it rises on sides. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
