CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 stick butter, melted 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn 1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn 2 eggs 2 tbsp. sugar 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix 1 carton sour cream 1 c. Cheddar cheese Mix all ingredients except cheese. Pour in baking dish, sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
