CORN CASSEROLE 
1/3 c. butter
1 can whole corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
4 oz. grated cheese on top

Mix and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and put grated cheese on top. Bake 15 minutes more.
