TRIPLE CORN CASSEROLE 
16 oz. whole kernel corn, drain
16 oz. cream corn
2 tbsp. dried onion
1 egg
1/2 box Jiffy cornbread mix
8 oz. mild grated Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, if desired

In bowl combine all but half the cheese. Mix well. Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 350 degree oven 30 to 45 minutes or until browned and set.
