POLONAISE SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. thyme or basil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt

Melt butter in saucepan. Add bread crumbs and sauté. Stir in thyme and basil until well mixed. Add lemon juice, egg, parsley and salt. Sprinkle over warm vegetables.
