Peanut Butter Sheet Cake

I liked the thought of all those calories all in one place so I tried this making this one while waiting for another cake to cook. Very easy to do. Not having a jelly roll pan I used a 9"x9"x1.5" square pan. Cooking time was about 60 mins at 300°F with a gorgeous moist cake and topping. To add some texture I used the crunchy peanut butter. Worked very well. Thanks for the recipe. Rich

I love this cake! The only thing I did different is I had to cook mine for 25 minutes. My pan is a cookie sheet with sides. I thought it was the same as a jelly roll pan, but maybe not.
