HONEY CHICKEN 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. brown mustard
1/2 tsp. curry powder or to taste
4 boneless chicken breasts, halved

Melt butter in saucepan; stir in honey, mustard and curry. Remove from heat. Dip chicken pieces in mixture and place in 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Should be slightly brown. If not, turn up heat for a few minutes to brown. Serve with rice. Serves 4 to 6.
