HONEY-MUSTARD CHICKEN 
4 1/2 skinless chicken breasts
4 tsp. honey
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
Dash curry powder and soy sauce per chicken breast - this is optional

Marinade chicken in honey, mustard and spices for several hours in refrigerator. Remove chicken fro marinade and bake in aluminum foil or in a covered dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. (Boneless breasts take only 15 minutes to cook; watch carefully.) Serves 4. This recipe is easily cut down for 1 serving.
