GOLDEN CHICKEN 
1/4 c. melted butter
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, minced
4-6 chicken breasts, deboned & skinned

Mix all ingredients, except chicken, in processor or by hand. Put chicken breasts in baking dish, pour over sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Serve with rice. You may want to double sauce to serve with rice. It's really yummy.
