CHINESE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen green peas
1 c. cooked shrimp
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can bean sprouts
1 can bamboo shoots
1 can mushroom soup
Grated cheddar cheese
1 can fried onions

Cook and drain peas. Put peas, shrimp, mushrooms, bean sprouts and bamboo shoots in casserole and mix. Pour mushroom soup mixed with a little juice from sliced mushrooms over this and spread grated cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add fried onions to top and bake 5 minutes longer.
