TREASURE CITY SALAD 
1 can (20 oz.) garbanzo or chick peas
1 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped green pepper2 tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Heinz wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Lettuce
Crushed tortilla chips

Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl. Blend mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients, pour dressing over vegetables, mixing well. Cover, chill several hours. Pour over lettuce, top with chips. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
