STRAWBERRY SALAD 
bag fresh spinach
bag romaine lettuce
1 qt. strawberries, sliced
4 oz. sliced almonds
8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

Toss with Poppy Seed Dressing.

Poppy Seed Dressing:

1 c. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. white vinegar
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. poppy seeds

In a blender, combine sugar plus next 5 ingredients. Process 1 minute. Add poppy seeds and process 5 seconds. Refrigerate until ready to use.
