CHERRY NUT ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. rum flavor
1 c. oil
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. zucchini, grated
1 1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. candied cherries

Mix eggs, sugar, rum flavor, oil and vanilla. Add zucchini, allspice and cinnamon. Fold in flour, baking powder, salt, soda, nuts, chocolate chips and candied cherries. Place in 2 bread pans and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

Optional: Frost with chocolate frosting.

Freezes well up to 1 years.
