1 pt. vanilla ice cream
2 c. orange juice
4 tbsp. grenadine syrup
8 oz. gin, vodka or light rum (opt.)
Fresh strawberry for garnish

Combine all ingredients except garnish in blender. Blend at high speed for 1 minute or until thoroughly mixed. Pour into tall, thin glasses and garnish with fresh strawberry. Yield: 4 servings.
